People leader with 21+ years experience in driving and influencing successful business outcomes through implementing people centric solutions across VC-backed Tech start-ups/scale-ups of all shapes, sizes, & sectors in globally distributed teams spanning Europe and the US. These have included some of the biggest and well known brands in their respective industries with companies with a headcount ranging from 50 to up-to 15,000.
The journey so far has included leadership restructures, complete top-to-bottom org designs, large scale redundancies, acquisitions, international expansion, IPO listings, mergers, and supporting companies to achieve funding from A through to D.
A deep focus always on cultivating a positive and inclusive environment where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the company's success whilst enhancing satisfaction, morale, and retention. All delivered with a sharp and deliberate focus on the right priorities which enable the business to achieve their ambitions.
